Not bad. Needs some tweaking:

The Sharpness, Radius and Intensity controls are white type.

This type is superimposed in the lower right corner of the image.
If the image is white in that area you will not see or be able to adjust them well.

No option save changes when closing the app.

All in all not a bad utility.
